Nonprofit software gives you more to do.Pulley shows up with the work done.

Log in to find donor thank-yous drafted, lapsed givers flagged, grant deadlines pulled straight from the agreement you uploaded, and your board report ready. You review and approve — personal emails send from your own Gmail, in your voice.

$20/month in beta — the first five organizations keep that price for life. Cancel anytime.

Pulley's Action Board: a 'Thank This Month's Donors' card with drafts ready, campaign progress, and this month's numbers

The Action Board — the first thing you see when you log in. Shown: a demo workspace.

Every nonprofit CRM gives you a database and wishes you luck.
Pulley does the work.

Here's what's waiting when you log in.

Pulley hands you the finished draft. You read it, you click send — that's the whole workflow.

Drafts ready

Thank This Month's Donors

2 donors gave this month and haven't received a thank-you yet. Personal drafts are written — review them, then send from your own Gmail.

3 days out

Volunteer Coverage Alert

2 upcoming events need more volunteers — the Aladdin matinee is 3 days away. Recruitment emails are ready for the people who haven't been asked yet.

46 vendors

Vendors Missing Documents

46 approved festival vendors haven't submitted insurance paperwork. One click queues a personal reminder to each, listing what's missing — review, then send.

These are real cards from the founder's own dashboard, captured July 2026 — he runs his nonprofit on Pulley every day.

From your Gmail. In your voice.
Never noreply@.

Pulley drafts in your voice and sends from your actual Gmail account. A donor who can hit reply and reach a human is a donor you keep.

Out of the box, nothing sends until you click send.

Built by someone with your job

I built Pulley because I needed it first.

I run a small nonprofit. Two staff, a board, a season of shows, grants with deadlines, donors who deserve better than a mail merge. I built Pulley to survive my own Mondays — my organization runs on it every day: the thank-yous, the board updates, the festival vendors.

Then I opened it to a small group of nonprofits like mine. You'll get me, not a support queue.

Where Pulley is right now

Pulley is in beta. A small founding cohort of nonprofits runs on it today — real organizations, paying real money, shaping what gets built next. You get full access to everything and a direct line to the founder. Some edges are still being sanded; you'll notice them before anyone else, and they'll get fixed fast.

$20/month during beta· $149/month after launch

The first five beta organizations keep $20/month for life. Beta members after that lock the $99/month founding rate at launch — and keep it for as long as they stay. After launch, Pulley is $149/month.

Everything included. No per-contact pricing, no modules to buy, no percentage of your donations.

Questions an ED actually asks

Can I bring my existing donor data?

Yes. Import a CSV or an export from your current CRM — Pulley maps the fields and de-duplicates on the way in.

What can Pulley do with my Gmail?

Draft and send emails on your behalf — that's it. The exact permissions are listed when you connect, and you can revoke access anytime from your Google account.

Does the AI ever send anything on its own?

Not unless you tell it to. Out of the box, every email waits for your review and your click. Autopilot can auto-send a few routine actions (like monthly thank-yous) — but it's off by default, opt-in per action, and capped per day.

What happens to my price after beta?

If you're among the first five beta organizations, nothing — $20/month for life. Otherwise your rate moves once, to the $99/month founding rate at launch, and stays there for as long as you stay. Only organizations that join after launch pay $149.

What if Pulley goes away?

Your donations are in your Stripe. Your email is your Gmail. Your contacts, donations, volunteers, and grants export as CSV anytime. Pulley is built so leaving is safe — which is also why staying is.

Somewhere in your donor list, someone is going quiet right now.

Tomorrow morning, log in to the follow-up already drafted. You deserve your evening back.
